Ford Michigan Truck Fumes-to-Fuel Project

Climate Technologies' Fumes to Fuel project at Ford's Michigan Truck Plant in Wayne Michigan, The Fumes to Fuel project processes 50,000 CFM of exhaust air and produces up to 30 KW of power. The project has been commissioned and turned over to Ford and is operating as part of the plant production.

AVL America, GM Powertrain Prove Out Center

Climate Technologies has delivered a 650 horsepower -40F M&M Refrigeration chiller and low temperature secondary fluid pumping package to AVL America. The chiller will provide the low temperature fluid for prove out testing of the components for General Motors new state of the art powertrain testing facility to be built in Pontiac, MI.

Dunham Bush Chillers

Five Dunham Bush chillers were air lifted via a helicopter at 333 Fort Street Detroit, MI. John Hale of Great Lakes Mechanical and Walt Zimmerman, President of Climate Technologies, worked together to provide a quality installation. These chillers were lifted 20 stories to the top of the building while all streets in the area were blocked and guarded by the Detroit Police Department. Two Scotch Marine boilers were delivered to the Robert Bosch Corporation building in Farmington Hills, MI. Climate Technologies worked in conjunction with Robert Carter Mechanical on this project.
